We took our own advice from last year and did not go to Longwood on a Saturday night in the winter. Instead we went on a Monday night right after a "snowstorm." Very good idea, despite the frigid temperatures.
The lights are so beautiful, and the only somewhat good pictures I could get of the lights are actually stills from the videos I was taking (pretty good idea, if I do say so myself)
Maya was really cold even with a coat, hat, gloves and a huge blanket wrapped around her. We spent most of our time in the conservatory---but it was really windy when we went outside!
She wanted no part of any of these pictures :-)
